Otherwise I've been smoking too much crack-cocaine again....
No I saw it too.
Apparently it was due to a small rent in the space time continuum and it had blown through from an alternate reality.
The rupture has since been repaired and the forecast has been amended to a minimally disruptive 10 knots. 
We apologise for any inconvenience.
