AFL vs NRL...This will open your eyes...

36 have been accused of spouse abuse
7 have been arrested for fraud
19 have been accused of writing bad cheques
117 have directly or indirectly bankrupted at least 2 businesses
3 have done time for assault
71, repeat 71 cannot get a credit card due to bad credit
14 have been arrested on drug-related charges
8 have been arrested for shoplifting
21 currently are defendants in lawsuits and
84 have been arrested for drunk driving in the last year

Can you guess which organization this is? AFL? NRL?

Give up yet? . . .. . Scroll down

Neither,

it's the 535 members of the AUSTRALIAN PARLIAMENT

in CANBERRA

The same group of Idiots that crank out hundreds of new laws each year, designed to keep the rest of us in line.

You've got to pass this one on!

From hilly's link it appears the numbers have been crunched for the U.S. and maybe the numbers are correct for Aus. Who knows??

The numbers are not that important. What is important is the perceptions and priorities people have.

What is more important for you??? What happens in Parliament House Canberra, or what happens at Suncorp Stadium, Milton??

I'd imagine most former parliamentarians have pretty good credit due to the fact if they stay in for a couple of terms and then leave, they get something like 80% of their final salary, so at least $100K a year, indexed, for the rest of their life.

Are there 535 members of the federal parliament?

Are you really that dumb?

Read my link and see the original origin of this crap is email in 1999.

You saw something like this www.seabreeze.com.au/forums/Stand-Up-Paddle/SUP/AFL-vs-NRLThis-will-open-your-eyes/ and believed it. I am sure you believe chem trails as well because it was on the interwebby.

As said before stop spreading it or atleast attribute your source so it is obviously bs.

No I did not.

Why post this crap?? It is just absolute rubbish that you tried to put over as truth. Would be in context if you put it in the joke thread that is all.

Jeez hilly, no one is forcing you to read or respond to the thread.

I hope you are not a police person. You are a bit too trigger happy for my liking.

No, not really. It has been you, me, you, me, you, me, you and now me again but if you want the last word and post again, I'll really try my hardest not to reply, unless of course you poke me in the eye........
