Watched Chanel 7's Today tonite last night, saw fat boy unemployed for 6 years and managed to get 7 kids????? Believes he deserves a mining job??? Must have had his priorities mixed up...... pops the kids, get pension from me (tax payer) about $ 50.000-00 a year (tax free) and then realise it is not the best life style possible and want the mining job he should get!! Probably has no formal education, did not bother to do a trade certificate or else! Is it me been an uncaring sceptical cynical old fart with no compassion at all or is he a poor misguided chubby baby? Tell me!
I just would like to know what he ever did to get a job? My friend own a cleaning company, he pays over the awards and can only get foreign students on 25 hours a week working visas! Oh but maybe he would earn less than $ 50.000-00 after tax per year taking that job! Life is soooooo cruel! I think I deserve to win the lotto, ok I never play it but still!![]()
Maybe when he gets his mining job you could ask him to send you a new keyboard, as it seems that yours must be missing several letters (based on your spelling efforts) [}:)][}:)]![]()

Today Tonight, A Current Affair. These shows are rubbish. Their audience is diminishing as Australia's population grows. One of these shows ran a similar story about twenty years ago on a welfare family, the Paxtons I think. They too were a bunch of bludgers who were sent to a Queensland resort for their dream job. Of course they failed at the work as it was all a set up.
So part two of this story will be this bloke being sent out to some mine site to earn big dollars. He probably will hate it and fair enough as it will be a huge change. So he will quit. So the viewers will have their preconceptions confirmed that young people are a bunch of bludgers.
On the day the death of Bin Laden was assassinated neither of these shows ran a story on it. Just shows what gutter trash they are.
Why does everyone think that taxes remain 'their' money after paying them?
We are tax payers but it is not tax payers' money. It belongs to the government to spend it on what they want to.
If you don't agree with how they spend it.... vote for the other guys.
...meanwhile I'm feeling guilty about considering getting a student allowance from Centerlink when I start full time studies in August.
dunno how some of these bludgers can live with themselves.
Felt sorry for the lady with the bad teeth, she should get help from the government to get treatment and a denture... I am sure she would have a chance to get a job then!![]()
Sometimes I feel sorry for these people. They have made some poor decisions in life and can't get away from the consequences.
Sometimes we must stop and think about why they made these decisions. Laziness? Poor education? Poor parenting? Childhood neglect?
It's easy to play the blame game. That's was social security is for. Helping the people who didn't have the same opportunity as the rest of us. There will always be some who abuse the system, but most are genuine.
I have paid tax since 1982 and now I am a full time student receiving Austudy. I do not feel guilty.
