Sydney's northern beaches same, nothing!!
Trying to figure if a undersea earthquake occurs off Chile then why and how would Japan and Russia be affected and not the south pacific??
We are directly across the pacific from them.
And what about the island groups like Tahiti and Cooks etc??

yeah saw that - The warning they've posted is more about "dangerous wave and currents", I doubt we'll see anything out of the ordinary. Was supposed to get here the same time it hit Hawaii.

There's some great little waves on the Northern Beaches for a surf at the moment
