Sailing out on the Bay last Saturday and today saw very strange circle around the sun....anyone else see it??

Any ideas what it is? Gaseous? Smogeous?

See that globe around the sun? Its the warm part of Global Warming, and the starburst is about 4 kilos of Climate Change
