A super full moon tonight. The full moon has coincided with the closest approach of the moon on its elliptical orbit about the earth. 30% brighter than the average full moon. Get outside and have a look.

Driving home to Lancelin tonight I was treated with a rainbow illuminated by moonlight. You could just make out the change in colours. Pretty cool.
