Who has a good pair of binoculars, and who wants a good pair?

I recently bought 2 pairs of Canon Image Stabilized bin's, and I was surprised I could see Saturn's rings, and Jupiter's moons... handheld.

Can see how strong and direction of wind by the flags on the harbour bridge from home... 6.5Km direct... without the IS this is impossible.

Anyone else have a good pair?

Also if anyone's interest I have 1 pair with Australian warranty for sale, don't care which either the 12x36 IS II or 15x50 IS AW... I'll do you a good deal.

Doggie,

Too much looking at (.).) through binoculars, will make you go blind.

Yeah seems like Canon Australia somehow decides we can afford to pay twice as much for their product as people in other countries do.

Looks quite impressive.

Maybe they could see us coming from a mile off ?

Course I'm not getting Gerry's cut, but I'll do them cheaper than any of the HK ebay outfits... They're Oz bought with Oz warranty.

I wish I could buy property on ebay.

I reckon, Sony, Canon, Panasonic and Co look at the crazy prices we pay for gyprock and think "well I bet they'll pay twice as much as anybody else for our stuff"

Oooooo I was recently looking at the 12x36 IS II (after a whale watching trip down Dunsborough way).
I just asked my wife if I could buy them...

She said you'd also be able to see Myanus if I bought them, cause both her feet would be up there

I tried Fly, I tried

How long you been married? Don't you know the bait and switch technique?

You show them a really cheap pair that look the same, then you get the ones you really want and they never know the difference.
