but yesterday one of my suppliers was telling me about a perth lion park that was around in the 70's / 80's?
Turns out they had the license to kill the ones that didnt find a home and the skins had to be sent back to the owner but i didnt know about any lions in Perth.
I sort of remember Atlantis and Dizzy Lamb but never driving through a lion park!
Anyone ever go, did the lions climb on the car? Wonder if any escaped?

and yes they certainly jumped on the car and hung around the car..
as for what they did with them...I don't know

Driving from Bunbury to Perth one day i would have been 7 or 8 i said " Mums theres a loin" Just sitting on the shoulder. She thought she saw something so turned around and its the first time i remember ever hearing my mum swear.. We drove at full noise to Clifton road house and they rang the cops. Turns out there was a wild life park and a few animals had got out
He was picked up 20 minutes latter just sitting there still watching the cars drive by.I often wonder how many others actually saw him and didn't believe there eyes
