It all sounds like she is doped until I watched Alicia Coutts come within a dogs dingle of her in the medley.

Yes she outsplit Lochte over the final 50, however she was coming from behind and had insentive to swim fast, Lochte had his race in the bag already with 100m to go - for the record he smashed her with every other split in the race. His final 400IM time was 4.05ish, she swam 4.28, no comparision. 4 other guys in the mens 400IM swam faster than her over the last 50... they were back in the pack and were trying to make up places as well though.
She's been training in Australia for the past few years with Ken Wood, head coach of Redcliff Leagues Lawnton Swim Club in QLD. Jess Schippers old coach from when she was dominating. Schipper changed coaches for this preparation and had a great result.... 24th in Heat and didnt make semi's in the 200Fly.
The system is there with swimming, cheaters will get caught.... hopefully. I give benefit of the doubt... for now.
Would she have been so openly questioned if she was aussie, i very much doubt it, she would be hailed a hero/genius/legend

But hey i might eat my words if she tests positive anytime, i hope not, if she does test positive having trained in aus for ages, the poo will hit the fan here too
Apparently she was pulled out of school when she was 3 and sent to a sports school because she had big hands. That just wouldn't happen anywhere else.
I also heard an interview with an Aussie girl that trains on the goldy with the Chinese, and when the Aussies have a night off or go out to dinner, the Chinese just keep training.
It's talent, training and conditioning, not doping

Aussie coach working for China Olympic team on News tonight highlighted a few other guns who have risen to the top in these Olympics. Nobody saying zilch about them.
How's this head coaches salary, 4 times what he was able to earn here in Aus, and on a huge bonus for every gold medal China win. So far there are two. He reckoned we would be stunned to hear what the bonus level was. 
Not sure which way to go on this one. As mentioned above, innocent until proven guilty, however Chinese scientists may have invented a drug which is not detectable with the methods that are being used at the moment. Time will tell.
Anyway I reckon she is clean
Even if she is on performance enhancing drugs we won't know until well after the Olympics.They probably don't even have a test for the doping they are doing now,which is why they keep there samples for eight years....I always give benefit of the doubt and would like to think she is clean.

This kids have so much going through there heads at this time. One of the Aussie girls when interviewed after winning gold said the best thing was she gets to fly home Business class
