I am looking at spicing up one of my old plain white kayaks with some colourful stripes "above glass", and I was hoping for a simple solution.
Does anyone know where I can get stripes or rolls of plain coloured decal stickers suitable to outfit watercraft?
Your local sign maker should have a selection of vinyl stick on materials. I have purchased a variety of colours and sizes to do a similar job.
Auto parts store normally carry that sort of thing for cars...... Works well on boats as well.
Get some Electrical Tape, and trial some designs... Cheap as chips... Make your mistakes with cheap tape!
Or you might like your cheap ass designs, and just keep them!

If you just want to do stripes why not just buy auto pinstriping?
auto pinstriping stays on smooth surfaces really well , but i tried to buy some last year in a car shop and they reckon it went out of style back in the mid 90's
its stuck great even on real salty wet conditions
