I did notice on a couple of the sequences some grass burns on his arms. Reckon if you were to see a full list of his injuries over the years they would be substantial.
Take a look at this youtube video from a while back. I think it shows Danny's skills much better than the new one. Search him on youtube if you like his style.

There are lots of things to like about this vid..... it was really well shot, landscapes and action together with none of the ridiculous slow mo / replay crap that pervades the usual extreme sport vids.
The music was not the usual blaring metal / rap crossover crap and it suits the the landscape shots really well. (One of my favourite surf vids used Crow's "Yellow Beam". When I first realised it I was stunned that they had used that song - but it was perfect - slow build - big chorus - dischordant guitars matched the footage)
