When after a few family losses I get to Mum & Dads house and Mum (just lost her sister) had a huge smile on her face 
Dad has just finished kemo & radiation therapy for throat cancer, the doctors have been impressed with his progress, he will have another scan in six weeks but fingers crossed all good
Thats what makes me smile

About to start on a similar road in my family... Stepfather diagnosed with the big C two weeks ago 
I feel nothing but compassion!! (send it thru the interwebs!) Hope he gets better doggie!
