I was down near the town beach at Port Macquarie on the weekend. I'm a registered
nurse by profession and I looked at my reflection in a shop window and thought,
gee the old beard is getting grey.
And I need to lose a few kilos.
Surf was nice on friday morning.
I,m in the same boat as you , maybe slighty better off than your self. As I am not in the medical profession , and have no idea how unhealthily and close to death I may be .
