Just brilliant it is question time in Federal Parliament - the volume of usable material has reached unprecedented heights and the the lay_bye(I wish)_priest (leader of the opposition).. opens his mouth....
"Given 30% of your party doesn't support you ...... " whinge whinge and why don't you role over and play dead it really is my turn...![]()

How long ago was it that lay-by beat Malcolm Turnbill by 1 vote..![]()
The guy puts the Flintstones to the top of the class [}:)][}:)]
As for DUDD the guy threw away the reigns of leadership, he just had to keep running around the track (with the team) but he fell asleep and started following the mystical way of most cult gurus so no he was not stabbed in the back - he was following his own GPS signals off into the back of beyond.![]()

Although not a labor supporter I can give credit where it is due. You make the best of the hand dealt you and Gillard handled the liberals handled the back stabbers, handled the independents. Unfortunately she was rolled on the mining tax (Rudd would have won that one).
Please bring on a liberal party spill.... Put someone electable into the position...![]()

In the mean time keep interviewing the independents for a balanced take on the capital playground....
As a more interesting aside...
For a brilliant analysis on the leaders of the last 40 years and what they did for the current economic climate...
Basically a take on the reason we (Australia) are positioned as well as we are in the global scheme ... really interesting - will be buying the book
"The Australian Moment" by George Megalogenis
The pod cast interviews are a 10/10..

Opp leader will just continue from where he left off - not much surprise there. The Opposition front bench with continue with their confected outrage and bitterness as their born to rule mentality gets rubbed in their faces.
However the numbers were detemined, she got there and continues to be the PM, along with the confidence of the key independents that put her there. In the last two years, she has now beaten off Kevin Rudd twice and Tony Abbott once. Her political record now starts to stand up quite well.
Next vote for leader will be the one for the PM - and that will be in late 2013.
That is unless the media and commentators turn their attention to Abbott's hold on the leadership of the opposition, because Malcolm Turnbull is circling.
Anyone remember this gem? ![]()
I have to admit, the Koreans did a pretty good job of summing up the Australian political scene at the time.
Are they calling us hypocrites when abbott shoots the boat people then kisses the cross
but why is bob brown so short assuming its him bashing abbott over the head
