The thing about gastric banding surgery is it reduces your ability to eat so much so you ... eat less.
This means the usual complaint of "it's glands" or "I've tried everything" or "it's not my fault" don't apply.
He's obviously tried everything ... except not eating so much.

I hate people that take no responsibility for their actions. Why is okay to give smokers sh|t but its unkind to tell a fat person sitting next to you on a flight they need to go on a diet?
These people gorge their faces, do zero exercise and then bitch about society being to blame when they finish off butt ugly and need someone to wipe their asses because they can't get out of bed.
