Guy climbs to the top of a radio tower.

That is freakin out there. I am a height pussy and that was hard to watch.

Climbing a wind turbine I near sh1t myself and that was IN a tower!

I was nauseous just watching that, some testicular fortitude and strength having to climb that.

In 1982 I had to climb to the very top of the spire on the newly constructed arts centre in Melbourne. The co that I was working for had the contract to install the lightning protection system and I had to clip a test lead onto the lightning probe right at the top. Was very hungover that morning and it all came back watching that vid. (the feelings of nausea that is).
A climb like that could only happen in USA where there are no OH&S regulations. Even 30 years ago I was using double clips and had at least one connected at all times. I like how the second climber spent just about the whole climb directly below the first climber and with both guys unclipped. Then at the very top the first climber lets go both hands to undo his carribeener. They obviously had no safety plan and in my opinion are a pair of dickheads.

They should have brought parachutes to base jump back down to earth.
