Getting rid of Junk

Having a major clean out and getting rid of all my old surf magazines.

Do you think they are worth anything?....20 years old

they make good fire starters if u cant sell em

God it's unbelievably hard to throw out junk. Was ruthless with my clothes, donated them to Op Shop as well as books. I want to get rid of pretty much everything. I have a garage full of surfboards, bikes and stuff I never use (but you never know!)

I've got some old school bikes from the 70's and some single fins. They are in pretty bad shape and just sit there. I think I took the single fin out last year.

DVD's are next.

Been doing this hurl out caper all week , amazing how much crap one can accumulate over time ...... ah well more space for the next lot of accumulation!

Every time I throw something out, I find a use for it within a month or so!

We make a living out of removing peoples so called junk, and there's a small fortune to be had out of it. ( sometimes large :)
Its usually the woman screaming for it to be gone,
while the males normally can't bear to watch, Some nearly cry,
or try to hide and keep some of their hard won stash of goodies
About 1/2 goes to the scrap yards, the rest goes on ebay, to be sold back to more male collectors or hoarders,
So I would say 80% - 90% of it is worth good coin to the right person, and gets recycled,
Junk could be called or looked at as a long term investment, or a nest egg,
some of it being worth more and more, the longer you have it

Keep up the good work fellows
and you can always get a larger 3-4 car man cave to store your stash in, when the woman says there's no room left to park.
Just stay away from those triangle ones (unless you have a gogo mobile)
