Just a quick question for GoPro owners - what is the best video format for helmet mounted video?

I agree with FB either r2 (720p 30fps) or r3 (720p 60fps) both these have the same field of view, which is the widest possible with the gopro. This I think is particularly important for windsurfing, especially if you are filming wavesailing or something as you can see as much of the action as possible.
I mostly use r2 as the filesize if half that of r3 and if you are uploading to yourtube or vimeo etc it gets converted back to 30fps anyway. r3 is definitely the smoothest if you are only going to be playing it on the pc but to be honest with a helmet mount its pretty smooth anyway.
Thanks. When I've used it in the past it seems to make waves etc seem very small - i guess that's the fisheye though..
