Yeah, great day. I had to work for a few hours from 5am this morning because the new servers are sh!t. Hard work and stress are making up for technical failings.
Mixed feelings about today. Decided to go for a bit of a saunter on the pushy and add a few clicks to the new velometer. Took off for Fingal bay with the thought in the back of my mind that it was likely that there would be a few bogans on the road. (They do not all live in Rockingham, we have our fair share here).
Aside from nearly being collected by a P plater,(who did not look) and having to negotiate the proletariat whilst seeking out a subway at Nelson bay I only had one bogan incident to report. Said incident consisted of a young female, (with a face like a blancmange that had been left out on the back porch in the sun since New years eve) poking her head out of the car and making a noise at me like a crow. Guess she thought she was being funny. Certainly looked funny!
However, as the evening draws to a close the neighbourhood is ringing with the calls of the inebriated. Why is it when young folk are pissed they feel the need to let everyone know?
