I would have choosen the flying option and skipped the road tolls.

Had a bit of a look at this function. Seems not to work in many countries but its pretty funny. Eg I couldn't get the directions from Sydney to Port Moresby PNG. Perhaps substitute the kayaking for something else but perhaps the programmers are keen paddlers?

Would they then be classed as 'boat people' and picked up and dropped off on a small island somewhere and detained for years as they were 'processed'?

Only if the kayak was made of wood.. and there was 50 people on it
