Just rubbish really. Imprisonment for debt or any other tort stopped a couple of centuries ago. If this wasn't just a sensationalist waste of time topic it would say "Imprisonment for defying court orders" or for "contempt of court" which is, obviously, a different thing.
They are arresting and imprisoning people for owing credit card and mortgage debt in Wisconsin and Minnesota. They've been doing it for the past few years.
They've been arresting and jailing men for child support debt and alimony debt for decades, even though every state in the USA prohibits imprisonment for debt in ANY action.
No matter what the courts and lawyers call it, whether "violation of a court order", or "violation of litigant's rights", it is still a CIVIL debt by operation of law. See 42 USC Section 666 of the Federal (US) Child Support Enforcement laws.
Violation of a court order or contempt is irrelevant. It is a method for government to circumvent constitutional prohibitions to violate rights of unsuspecting and unfortunate individuals who cannot pay their debts or support obligations because of involuntary unemployment, underemployment, or disability.

even in this country for fiduciary matters you come before a magistrate court (and a magistrate not a judge)

magistrates court 'acts' upon your legal commercial identity which you were given at birth thanks to your parents when they 'registered' your commercial identity with a birthing (berthing) certificate.
its a facinating conspiracy that readily entraps us from birth where we voluntarily give up our god given rights of freedom from trespass for legal entrapment in servitude and slavery
the trick is to be able to legally seperate yourself from your legal commercial fiction (strawman).
which sounds easy but ain't. keeping in mind the english language was developed as a commercial language, and the 'act' of even turning up or 'presenting' yourself at a magistrates court immediately finds you liable.
