2 lead items on the 7 news tonight
1 Drunk idiot gets a good old touch up at the "BIG Bash" cricket (he was forewarned ) channel 7 sides with drunk dude and gets his lawyer on .Cops get a good ol media bash

2 Old dear 103 breaks hip has to wait till next week for new hip (c.mon its January ,the surgeon is either still in Niseko skiing with the fam or has only just got back and has a busy work load ) surely a good dosing of morphine can get her through the ordeal until he can fit er in(maybe i'm being a bit harsh on this one not being 103 myself with a broken hip which i would imagine would be appalling)

Dont talk about missing cats. We just ordered satay combination, pork ribs in plum sauce and lemon chicken.

Have to agree, I saw the footage and I'd side with the Policeman.. If a drunk is being a uncooperative dip sh!t then a tickle to the old ribs is exactly what's required.. He's going to stop fighting if he is temporarily immobilised with pain.

That's how Batman handles thugs..

Got to agree with you there Barn, it is always good to see a policeman being proactive and taking the lead in punishing an offender. Come from a place where this sort of initiative formed the backbone of the country. With the calibre of coppers in this country we could almost bypass the justice system entirely

Not sure if your taking the pee there Japie, however i think it's about time some of these meatheads full of booze or drugs got what they ask for. We all liked a drink when we were younger, but if we mouthed off or acted like idiots we probably got what we deserved and didn't go crying to the lawyers or media. If you can't handle your drink, don't drink to excess pretty simple. Put yourself in the Coppers shoes for a bit, he's probably spent the day being abused and dribbled on by these deadheads and had a brain snap, haven't we all at some time.

The outrage is over the hypocracy of the policeman physically assaulting someone, when he himself is a preacher and advocate for the exact opposite. He used poor judgement, and in his position, he must pay. Oh, yes, he will pay. Yes yes, he will, he will pay he will.

I've got a problem... after kiting (every bluemoon in NSW) or swimming I can't swipe my mobile phones screen, cos my finger kind of sticks to the screen.
My skin is too hydrated, and it's hard to swipe the unlock combination.

Can someone help?

Fell off my pushbike onto the ground not so long ago. Australia felt pretty bloomin' hard to me.

Time to put those stabilisers back on? I'm sure you had the helmet and knee guards.

Fark, every time I look up something gay on images.google.com there's always a SUP image.
This image was a couple down from the above

hardly a tickle to the ribs, more like a series of haymakers. and there were 4 blokes holding him down while the cop laid into him. if the one doing the punching wasn't wearing a blue shirt it would be denounced as a gutless group attack.

Interesting ,if he had have used that he probably wouldn't have got the bollocking the media and the guys lawyer are giving him,
Coppers boss at the alternate media conference after the guy got the good ol tazer treatment."Ah the officer at the scene was using appropriate measures at the time in the given situation"
now it's just plain messy
