So I thought, what are we doing to Protect Ourselves From The Impact of comets and asteroids?
Here's the low down, as I was curious...
Reasoning; the talk of our planets demise is sh1tting me, as the doom & gloom factor on this subject is rife these days, so I am wondering why we as a race aren't concentrating our efforts to have some earthly sentry system to protect the planet from these Near Earth Objects like the old Star Wars Project that Reagan tried introducing.
Sure that was for Nuclear strike protection from the Ruski's but the principle was the same.
Here's the skinny they, NASA actually have a contingency such as this in effect.....
