It would be pretty funny for a police car to be chasing someone on one of these and for it to drive to a river or beach and then take off on the water.

Very innovative but I'm not sure in Ahmed will be interested after spending $15k on his Jetski and them finding out it's dead boring after 15 minutes.

It has become the trendy term to call anyone that does stuff that you/I/we don't like or don't do yet.

Just stick a couple of rod holders on it and Bob's your uncle.

To be fair, it must suck if you buy one of these after seeing the ads and everyone is having fun, to find out they aren't as much fun as the ads make out. I think this is why they act the way they do.

Pretty much any Australian who is not currently sipping a cappuccino or an obscure wine variant.

If trolling, 10/10, great q.

If not: Most of WA?

There was a bogan at the kids playground the other day, seemed nice enough, his kid was playing with mine. Points I noted:

Mullet, wet look hair gel. Bonus points for small rats tail.
Long bright yellow singlet, american sports team.
Cheesy tatts inc the bogan stars (southern cross)
Winnie blues in hand
Commodore, mismatched body panels, chrome wheels worth more than rest

A bogan is the Australian version of an American redneck.

Looks cool. Wonder how easy it would be to learn to operate?

you will need pilots licence, so theres 100hrs training BEFORE doing your test, then all the rest of the stuff that goes with owning a plane, and hope you can find some flat water to land on

Around 40hrs training to obtain a PPL license. If categorized as an ultralight alot less.
+ Endorsement for the aircraft + endorsement for amphibious plane. Generally around $1k
As a guess around $15-$20k at the most.

Plenty of locations to land, you would find it would handle a small chop of around 2ft swells maybe more. Also showed retracts so the ability to land on a normal runway.

100hrs would get you a commercial license and be in the vicinity of approx $70k.

Maintenance is not that expensive 50 hourly and 100hourly's are not that expensive and if classed as an ultralight you can do the work yourself and have it inspected by a qualified LAME.
