i went to the local kite power and they said not to buy before 2007 sorry and i am still looking for a free kite, board and harness Thankz (you dont know if you dont ask)
ive got some windsurfing gear you could learn on, but youve taken the easy road.

Go and earn some money. Mow lawns, wash cars then do what we all had to do
why are you guys soo..... jelous/mean i have already got free harness board, practice kite and all i need is a kite now and i am getting lessons free of charge
See if you can get a free spull check whilst you are there.
Hell - if you don't ask - you don't get, so good luck to ya. Just make sure you get some quality tution, even if it does cost you $$. 
Lessons are cheaper than medical bills, and if you trash someone else's gear/body coz you were too tight to do it right, then you may need some exxy dental work too.
