Just read the Newcastle Knights have thrown Willy Mason a life line.

If you were the incumbant second rowers you would have to be a bit **ty, but competition for positions should be a good motivator.

As a long time supporter, I think it will be a good thing for the club, assuming Benny can keep him on the straight and narrow, I dont think he will give him much leeway. I'd say one slip up and it'll be gonnski.

Could he play in the ruck for the lions?

A good move by Newcastle as I was hoping South's would pick him up as we have some injuries in the pack.
He's only on 60K plus match payments which I reckon could be around 3K per game.
That got him for a bargain as no club wanted or could fit him under their salary cap.
In Newcastle he has family there and he is out of the 'fishbowl' of Sydney he always referred to in the past.
He won't admit it but his bad attitude and rebelious behaviour has cost him in the hip pocket over the years.

The elite get us obsessed with this mindless drivel, while thru the backdoor they set up their One World Government. The Chelsea v Barca match played in another hour should be a cracker though.

You saw the heading " Knights sign mason" then clicked on it, read the posts and even commented on the thread.

i guess you care and if you don't why did you click on it?

and the people that green thumbed you in agreement also opened it and read the posts, seems ironic really.

Agreed, don't care don't join the discussion. Or got to every single thread and type "who cares" and see how far that gets you. Same for PM33, as if anyone wants to hear about soccer in a rugby thread.
