I was conducting some business in a high-class CBD hotel yesterday. Am into telecoms, but otherwise I'm told it's a fancy place for actors and movie people.
So we was waiting for the opposing party (negotiation stuff) when this guy shows up and goes "where is the movie this-that happening". I answer "I don't know", and this guy leaves muttering "what an arsehole".
I was too taken aback to reply, but this junior engineer I had brought along just snapped. He goes: "I'm tired of people like this", and he runs after him and grabs him rather physically by the collar and tells me he should apologize lest he loses all of his teeth.
Now I don't know him that well, he's a shortie, but am told he a black-belt, 4th Dan and rather threatening at best of times, whatever a Dan is. Said arsehole apologized profusely and that was that. The day resumed as is, but it was a great day henceforth - we smiled all day. I even gave the good'day to the other mob on the way out.

Good on him, its good when people stick up for whats right.
