Hoping someone can help some friends.
PM me and i'll forward you to them......

His name is KADO and he is a 3 year old blue heeler kelpie cross, we
have had him since he was 6 weeks old after we saved him from the RSPCA.
He was being walked at the Scarborough/Peasholm dog beach on Easter
Saturday morning when he was startled and scared off into the sand dunes
and we haven't seen him since.

He is a friendly dog but can be timid and scared easy, he had a blue
collar with name tag when he went missing and also has a micro chip. He
has a white patch on the top of his head and a large black spot on his
tongue.

We are prepared to pay a generous reward for his return. We totally
understand why someone would want to keep him if they found him. He's a
great looking Dog. But we love him so much that we desperately want him
back.

I rescued a dog in Scarborough a month ago, the little sh!t was a royal pain in the butt to catch, ended up stopping traffic while the dog and I played keystone cops around a stopped car on the west coast highway... would have been hilarious to watch. It wasn't that funny when you're being outsmarted by a small white ratdog though.

Owner was very grateful for his return. I hope Kado has his owner's phone number on the tag.

I'll keep an eye out.

Hey sorry to hear about your dog.
a mate of ours lost their dog in the same spot. Almost 2 weeks later he was turned into the pound, the dog was living in the dunes.
So don't give up on finding him, hopefully someone with half a brain will hand him in.
good luck.
