Well my first prediction went west.. (boat people getting evicted to Malaysia!!)
I heard that the powers that be at AFL decided to remove the distracting spectacle of seagulls on the field over this W/E with 2 Wedge-Tail eagles...
(Peregrine Falcons would be better but more likely to attack and take-out a Seagull!!!)
Where do these people get their ideas from???
Imagine a wedgie swooping down on to a flock of chip loving Seagulls - spectacle - yeah I reckon that would qualify...
Having been on the receiving end of a wedgie attack a couple of times when hang-gliding they are fairly awe inspiring - a bit scary - (& freeking annoying -- imagine neighbour's cat scratching up your new leather lounge suite - not good
)
So the word - its likely to be a greater distraction than the seagulls - will the punters be throwing chips to stoke the fire??...[}:)][}:)]
