First post, long time user. Aloha Seabreeze. I hope this is worthy of a new topic.


Perhaps I'm dim, but I've searched for this data on many occasions and have been disappointed until tonight, so here is my find.

I hope my keywording is generic enough that those who seek shall find it here with ease!

These to-the-day animations are priceless. Remember: wind against current equals peaks!


More data is available from the menu tree in the left frame - the 'hindcast' from 2007/2008 includes a model for the southern bay islands and Gold Coast Seaway.

Good stuff. Interesting to see that the western side of the bay has lower salinity. Something that I had thought was the case.

Also interesting that the Bay is cooler than the surrounding ocean.
