I've tested on both a Mac and PC. I can get the mouseover to flash up quickly but then disappears and I can't get it back when I hover the arrows. I've been using Seabreeze for years and this problem has only just shown up.
I just tested in both Safari and IE9 and it works there so seems to be Google Chrome specific. I'm using Version 22.0.1229.94 m and it tells me I'm up to date.
