Yeah, the air swimmers made me a packet last year, I put out a small investment into those iphone covers, which unfortunately didn't do so well.
I was watching the Voice last night on channel 9 and came up with another amazing idea.
If I could manufacture those massive f'ck off spinning chairs in China, complete with a big red button on the front and a neon light that flashes - you are the one. I reckon there could be a market here in Australia for them.
The idea is you - the home viewer - could buy one of these chairs and place it in front of the tv when the Voice is on TV and be a judge just like Keith, Seal, Delta and Joel - in your own lounge room. You press the button and the chair would spin and light up the neon sign.
With a bit of work, you could even set the button press event to link in with facebook, twitter and other social networking sites so you could hit the button and spin the chair and compare with your friends on who you think has the voice. I could even do a deal with channel 9 to get the spins recorded and a text message put up on the TV screen.
I'm thinking of taking this idea on to that tv show in the UK - the dragons den - and see if I can get some up front cash for a 7% investment in the company.
People say you only get one good idea in your lifetime - so far I've come up with at least 7.
I'm a f'ckn genius.
Install a mechanism to angle the chairs in a sleeping position and market that to Qantas or other flying companies as first class seats. Buttons to call the hostess, turn around if you wanna chuck a sad at the bloke behind you kicking your chair and after all, the make would probably last more than the plane ![]()
Good idea with the Dragon's Den. Offer one of them 95% of the company in return for a bigger investment. Better to have 5% of ten million dollars than 100% of zero.
