Each year I try to make a different cocktail for xmas/new year season. Usually - we never drink them again. Except for Mojito, which I still kind of enjoy every so often.

This year I'm going for the Sea Breeze. My only worry is the acidity. Anyway, happy New Year everyone.

If you use pink grape fruit juice you will lose some of the acidity. But maybe thats the point

here's a great cocktail recipe, it's an old favourite.

1. open a bottle of scotch, preferably single malt.
2. pour some into a glass.
3. put some ice in the glass.
4. drink.

for a variation add some dry ginger.

best enjoyed with some good quality charlie.

happy new year

Some people shun at the idea of mixing good quality scotch with coke.
I myself am in agreement with you. [}:)]
