In the forums pull down menu. RSS feeds are available. I dont use them, but im sure you set them upto your email address.
If not i am sure someone will point you in the right direction.

I'll attempt to use the RSS feed (didn't see that before) 
My only tip is grab the nearest pile of crap and throw it at anyone that even looks at you sideways. Just a brief rundown of the regulars; Flysurfer......nutjob, MarkAustralia.........nutjob, Cisco............nutjob. everyboby else is either a tool or a nutjob idiot.......... apart from me, I'm an egocentric nutjob idiot tool.
