I bought my O'Neill wettie through the internet from a US distributor few months ago. It needs some warranty repair, so I wonder if anyone knows the Australian O'Neill centre (if there is any), or I need to send the wettie to the US? Has anyone had this problem?
I would appreciate any help or info.
Thanks

From www.oneill.com

For Warranty Repairs:
Product is to be shipped CLEAN and DRY. Suits can be sent through your local retailer or postage paid directly to O'Neill. Please include the name and a daytime phone number with area code, return address (be sure to include postal code) product description, and requested action and a copy of the purchase receipt. Send the suit with this information to (UPS is our suggested shipper):

USA:
O'Neill Warranty Department
1022 Bay Marina Drive, Suite 140B
National City, Ca 91950

Europe:
O'Neill Warranty Ltd.
Units 11-14 Holmbush Ind. Estate
Midhurst, West Sussex.
United Kingdom
GU29 9HX.

I think you will now find the downside of not buying locally.

Failing getting it repaired under warranty take it to West Suits in O'connor,
West Surfing Products
Unit 2/4 Zeta Cresent
O'Connor, Western Australia 6163
Ph 9331 7011

These blokes do a fantastic job above and beyond what is expected. I bust a zip on an old rip curl took it there and they replaced the entire section cost $25. But not only that they patched all the little holes and redid some flakey seams for no cost.

Like any warranty the details are in the fine print....
Have a look at this one for "Pelican" camera cases

PELICAN LIFETIME GUARANTEE OF EXCELLENCE

Pelican guarantees its products for a lifetime against breakage or defects in workmanship. Pelican cases are guaranteed to be watertight to a depth of 3 feet for 30 minutes (IP 67) unless otherwise stated if properly closed with undamaged o-ring in place. Pelican's liability is limited to the case and not its contents. This guarantee does not cover the lamp or batteries (rechargeable or alkaline) for lights. Any liability, either expressed or implied, is limited to replacement of the product. This guarantee is void if the Pelican? product has been abused beyond normal and sensible wear and tear. This guarantee does not cover shark bite, bear attack or damage caused by children under five.

Yes its for real!!!

Poor Relative

Great info and I'm sure that it was a big help, excuse me for I really don't want to be rude, offensive or condescending.BUT!!
Upon viewing your "Avartar" the burning question on my mind is, DO YOU REALLY NEED A WET SUIT

Thanks PR, can they do the glueing part? My wettie is a GBS (glued and blind stiched)...I'll give them a call anyway...
