Any one got any ideas.

Work needs me to organize 60 people for a 3 hour team building session to the tune of 3500 clams.....

All my quotes are coming back 6000 clams for master chef style contests, scavenger hunts etc.....

Starting to think I might just get a few twister sets and some baby oil and 2 kegs and let them loose......... could be cheaper...

I'm happy to only charge you $2k and all 60 can come and paint my house over the weekend. Great team building session and I'll even throw in the paint.

Naked fire walking.... just cost a few bags of charcoal!

Swimming with sharks, get them on a boat go few miles out tell them to jump remove the boarding ladder and start shouting shark while pointing at the water!

Sea gulling at a popular picnic spot. Cost a few bags of chips!

Compass orienteering in the bush, buy a few cheap compass, dump them in the bush give them a map and take the money left and go and wait for them to arrive at the designated point marked on the map (a nice and comfy country pub) where you could put yourself in real team building activities while waiting for them to arrive.

Bikini paint balling.

Hey K Dog
I run an indoor sports centre in the southern suburbs. I'm sure I can help you organize a team comp with soccer, netball, dodgeball games etc.
PM me if you need any more info or help.

Get them all to make a porn vid.
That way you can involve the girls in the office too.

I like your idea, but unfortunately we aren't blessed with "actors" from a M@x H@rdc04e film at this place.... and the results may be closer to 2 girls and a cup.

Thanks for your offer. I won't rule it out. It looks like we are going to go the way of a Master Chef contest.... after all, they do like their eating!

Barefoot lawn bowls at the local RSL...that will cost about $100 - the rest on the bar!

Or just straight to the bar and do carpet bowls with the empties.

Go Carts!!!

La mans in Dandenong should be able to help you out

Paint ball is about the worst you could do, unless you want havoc the next day.

Those little suckers hurt like F**k

call up a boot camp type company in your state.

Get them to punish your team.

Winning!

Team building is a waste of time. Everyone is too busy

Support the local bowls with a quick quiet game in the arvo, a few drinks and dinner after. Maybe skip the bowls ....

They will still "rotate out" of jobs in 6 months anyway.

better still stuff it all and go kiting

round up as many trainer kites as possible

have a mad day teaching newbies to fly kites

am sure your pals would come along to enjoy the fun
