A few weeks ago I put up some photos of kiters at Leighton beach. After some very positive comments from those of you in seabreeze land, I decided to start up my own photography site, Outdoor Happy Snaps:

I know that it is nice to get a photo of yourself doing something that you enjoy. I also know that it can be hard to get photos of yourself whilst out on the water, and it can be especially hard to get your other half to come down to the beach and get sand blasted while they take photos of you... Therefore, the main aim of Outdoor Happy Snaps is to take photos of kiters, windsurfers, and to a lesser extent surfers, in metro Perth doing what they love: enjoying the wind and water.
I intend to take as many photos as possible from as many locations around Perth as possible, and if I get a chance I will post where I will shoot from to give people some prior notice.
I will also from time to time put some helpful hints on water sports photography for those of you interested.
