I've been invited to a party where the theme is Paris Chic in red white and blue. Any ideas of what that means? I'm thinking a black beret, a blue and white striped t shirt and perhaps blue or red trousers.
I did a bit of a quick google search and didn't find much for males and what I did find doesn't really seem appropriate:
try sneakers, tailored jeans, button up long sleeve fitted shirt untucked and a scalf. 
no i don't kite. 
I was going to suggest
tight mini dress
no underwear
puke down the front of the dress
and a small dog in a handbag
or are we talking a different Paris?
