The charge against a Queensland man accused of tattooing a penis on a mate's back has been upgraded.
Matthew Francis Brady, 21, was charged with assault occasioning bodily harm last month over accusations he tattooed a 40cm-long image of a penis and a crude slogan on the back of Chester Ives, 25.
It's alleged Brady tattooed the lewd image instead of a Yin and Yang symbol and some dragons, as requested by Mr Ives.
Brady appeared in the Ipswich Magistrates Court on Monday, where his charge was upgraded to grievous bodily harm.
Seriously...how in the world would you not know you had
a tattooed 40cm-long image of a penis on your back...
It's not as if it could all be done in one sitting ![]()

It is going to be an interesting case, whilst everyone would agree what he did was wrong (on so many levels), what charge actually sticks will be another matter...
I reckon the 'mate' may well end up doing time and get used to the feeling of a penis on his back (end) too. ![]()
Both are Darwin candidates most likely.
Just being serious for a second (snigger), the tattooist should be a given a huge jail sentence, wholly suspended and pay for the removal of the offending tatt and the legal costs.
The victim should get no compensation because he's a dickhead. ![]()
Here's one for Doggie. Laurie's fun police will never think of looking for boobs in a thread about penises.
