damn, it would be AWESOME to have something like that available...
(and it would make schools obsolete to say the least... )
the problem is that everybody would have the same qualifications, so job marketing would collapse, but it would be sooooo awesome!!!

What a load of horse feathers!
If anyone thinks that they can program the brain to be a champion chess player or football star or anything else worthwhile by applying something so unspecific as an all over radiation field of some sort then I would suggest that they have already been subject to some experiments of that sort.
The billions of hugely complex connections in the brain required to do any of these tasks will not be achieved by applying an all over wash of radiation for the same reason that you can't paint a portrait by throwing a bucket of paint at a canvas.
You might make changes but they will not be for the better.

It's just wishful thinking for those who want to be something better but can't be bothered putting in the hours to achieve it.

Wondering what happens if the download fails 1/2 way through,?
Do you have to reboot!
Or maybe they give you the wrong one altogether, and turn you into a nancy boy
Then there's the problem of compatability,
The only upside I can see, Is maybe it works on women, and they can program one to actually like me. (give my wallet a break)
