Americans can now be arrested,jailed without a trial for a 'prolonged period',for what?
A future crime,that is,a crime they have not yet committed,but which they may commit.
Would this be a case of the movie/entertainment industry preconditioning public thinking to get sheeple accustomed to such an idea before announcing it as in "Minority Report".
