This works best when you put a telephoto macro on the camera normally and then have a wide angle reversed on the front of the macro lens.

note, use electrical tape to seal the join from any light getting in, make the lens really wide for the best macro effect and use a tripod! you will have a miniscule depth of field so focusing handheld will be very hard.
