The action by Save Little Manly Beach Foreshore Incorporated against Manly Council will be covered by ABC News Sydney tonight at 7:00pm (Monday 5 Aug 2013).
This morning, Save Little Manly took Manly Council to Land Environment Court in a bid to stop the rezoning and sale of Sydney Harbourfront public open space at Little Manly Beach.
Fellow Seabreezers, remember that you can only enjoy your favourite water sport if you can access the water. Manly Council wants to rezone public open space on the Sydney Harbour Foreshore to residential and sell it to the highest bidder. Just think of what your favourite beach spot would be like if it was closed to the public and could only be accessed by a handful of people rich enough to live there. If you don?t like the sound of that then help support Save Little Manly:
