The new format is SO SO, im finding the arrows to be to fat and somewhat less accurate to look at .But the scale change is good and the brown arrows over 35 knots is a good introduction/ With out overdoing it. BUT,there may be scope for a forth colour for say glass offs / light and variable .
I also find the gaps between arrows on the days real time wind display to be very open making it look less accurate and linked , Nothing better than seeing solid green and a refined accurate graph, illestrating variations in wind strengh / direction from your days action on the water
Funny how when you really look on the original wind graphs, the arrows have variations in width of them. Does this mean any thing laurie![]()
Version 4 Laruie
Try making the arrows twice as tight as the original and linked like a snake /dragon tail.
Im sure ill cope either way![]()
i've rung crimestoppers as whoever posted under KOTP's account is clearly no KOTP as that must be the first coherent post i have ever read from you
It's possibly like the new forum design - I didn't get it...until I viewed it on my phone - much better. The new graphs are a bit 'cartoony' for me - but that's just me being picky - I'm sure I can survive with either also.
Maybe the arrows don't give enough info?
Maybe a line chart with Max/Avg/Min for each time interval.
something like:
The cross point (close) representing the average.
Or an option to choice the chart type?
Too detailed, don't need the swell to two decimal places and the tide to three. Also agree with Sailhack, the colours are too "cartoony".
The tide readings don't make sense. We now get it to three decimal places (which is ridiculous) but when you scroll across the tide you only get one reading every hour.
Can this go back to how it was before?

Cheers for the feedback.
Ironically, the colours are identical to the original, just the border is less black.
Don't know if there is a setting so I can avoid this - probably is. However, on my iphone I have difficulty scrolling sideways as the javascript kicks in and I get a popup with wind speeds and directions. What's with the "More...." button in the bottom left hand corner.
Seems to be a bit cluttered on an iphone.
