I posted this in the windsurfing forum, but thought I'd also post it in the general section as some of you might find this useful..

If you want to search the forums, the seabreeze search is ok, but it is a bit restrictive and only searches posts made within the last year. To overcome this, you can use google to search seabreeze.

To make google only return results from seabreeze, enter the following in the google search field:

site:seabreeze.com.au inurl:forums

then add any terms you want to search for. eg:

site:seabreeze.com.au inurl:forums how to jump

here is an example:

www.google.com.au/search?&q=site:seabreeze.com.au+inurl:forums+why+do+kitesurfers+wear+boardshorts+over+their+wetsuits

hope that helps

..this has been on our "todo" list for far too long... sorry.

There is a "global" site search under Help / Search

www.seabreeze.com.au/info/search.asp

Laurie

being able to go back more than a year for a search would be greatly appreciated

using the google search, either DL's or Lauries will take you through the complete archives of the system ... i.e. further back than a year
