Is there a way to put a little individual signature / saying that defines you and comes up with each post?
Like either in the avatar box or under each post.
You know, if I was The Doctor I could have:
I'm not a gynecologist but I'll take a look. (for example)
....And if there's not, what would you put for yourself or more interestingly some one else on here. Go on @iss some people off!

Mmmm other forums use em but im not a fan. I find it just clutters up the page and makes the thread harder to read...

Ayway in all seriousness - I like signatures automatically inserted at the bottom of each post.
However in another forum I frequent the opinion has been raised that it just ends up being free advertising for manufacturers as people tend to list what gear they use. Or, similarly, everyone looks like they are sponsored as they list gear and a url in their .sig, so newbies dunno if the poster is a cashed up clueless type, or a genuine sponsored person / shop owner who has a lot of good info to offer.
If my memory serves correctly, which it occasionally does, we used to have them. If that's the case, then a decision must have been made at some point to remove them...
There are some horrible yank forums where they have 57 different badges around the username, and 27 line sigs as well. I'll see if I can find an example.
