I believe its a new feature (?) to stop people who constantly red thumb and dont actually contribute to any conversation/debate

I didn't say or do anything. (except for making this dumb thread..)

After using to many negative votes I got a message saying "Sorry- There is a limit to the number of negative votes versus how many positive votes you've given, and you've reached it!" True story..

PS. I gave you a positive vote just to maintain the balance.
