After being in Darwin most kite sessions all year round ended in a cooling Ale. Fantastic to wash the salt away.
Now in Victoria, a little bit colder, and i'm doing fresh water lakes. I have re-discovered an old favourite after sessions. Stones Green Ginger. not bad straight up for a warmer-upper, and also a good dash in your fav beer or bourbon (and coke for me) gets the heart warmed up.
Give the Stone's Mac a try next time, you won't be dissappointed!![]()
I'm a bit partial to a drop (or couple of cans) of rum also!
always keep a bottle in the camping gear for winter, and a bottle stashed in the schooner for light winds![]()
Seeing black stew/spew flying forth to be free from your guts is kinda like being held down ander a massive set until your lungs nearly burst.
You're thinking "Crikey this is close to death!! If I make it outta here I'm gonna live life to the full, call my folks, help out a charity, boof that old girlfriend that was sweet.." Then you get outta there (just) and do it all over again the next session. ![]()
