When searching for a kite board the directionals are mixed in with the twin tips which is a bit of a pain, can we have a sub category to filter by board type please?

How can i send this to Laurie mmm...

Much prefer the old search method, much more user friendly. If you want to search for a specific brand in a specific state you have to wade through alphabetically, also the non premium adds might as well not be available as they are that hard to find.

I agree, not keen on the new layout, much prefer drop downs, quick and easy.

I agree too, I had not looked at the new buy n sell til I saw this thread and it is hopeless.

I can look at all the boards in WA after a few clicks, but not filter anywhere near as well as before. I used to fill out Windsurfing boards > in WA > size 80L - 90L all on the same pages and then click search.......and get exactly what i wanted. Now I have 9 pages of irrelevant stuff.

I just tried to find a model of sail (keyword search) and have results for that sail, plus a kite that is similar spelling, all over the country and no way to filter further..

I will not be using the buy n sell in that format

I haven't seen this new format until now, but have you guys used the 'Mega search' option?

This looks like the old/normal/good search options that we had before.

Mega Search, what a great search engine, very intuitive user friendly.

I love it when things get upgraded for the better

Hmmmm now not so sure.

I just searched for windsurfing - all, sized 5.7 to 5.8 in WA and got nothing. There use dto be plenty so it is really freaky that nobody is selling a 5.7 of any brand at all - or something dun gorn all broked n stuff Laurie

You might want to forward this off to Laurie.

In my initial research, this appears to be that they are matching sail sizes on sizes between the sizes you enter. Not inclusive of those sizes.

I suspect this is a mistake...

Do a search on sizes from 5.65 to 5.85. It works, and returns some results.

(That'll be $20 please. )

Hey Crew,

Thanks for the heads up .. yes, confirmed the 5.7 to 5.8 bug, and fixed - site will be updated later today.

And yes, no functionality removed, just the interface re-arranged.

And yes, twintips will get their own category soon...

Thanks!

ok .. all done, and also add a "mega search" to the results list, to save returing to the main Buy & Sell page to tweak the search criteria...

Let me know if all good now...
