Its such a good race.
I'm a fan and tune in ever year.
Pity the TV coverage is just so crap.

How would like to be the cameraman siting on the edge of a small helicopter in the middle of Bass Straight? It would be a lot safer in a 40 foot yacht in the race!!!!
Just think how that fantastic picture was obtained, and what these people need to do so you have pictures in the morning newspaper or on the TV while you sit back and have your coffee and toast!!!!
How would you improve the coverage, they struggle to get signal out from a satellite phone?

That photo is a bit like/similar to"The Morning Glory"' which occurs in the gulf

country, gliders and hang gliders come from all over the world to surf along it

An annual pilgrimage usually out of Burketown FNQ Gulf of Carpentaria ,

said to be the ultimate bizzo for winged worriers and weather freaks
